Health is the main pillar of our company's social contribution, mainly expressed by supporting Associations for patients who suffer from rare, chronic or life-threatening diseases and by actively participating in public awareness campaigns regarding major health and safety issues.

The work and support of the Patients' Associations offered to people who suffer from rare, chronic or life-threatening diseases are exceptional while their needs are great. At GENESIS Pharma we support many of these Associations, with transparency, respect for their work and with a sole purpose: to provide them with all necessary supplies for unconditionally offering their services to Greek patients.

In GENESIS Pharma, we strongly believe that raising awareness and endorsing prevention is a major step towards a healthier quality of life. Therefore, we actively participate in public awareness campaigns related to major health and safety issues.

GENESIS Pharma is a member of the Alliance for safety & courtesy on the road with the title "Roads to the Future".
Greece has one of the highest traffic fatality rate per capita in the EU. In our country, more than 6 people lose their life daily in car accidents. The initiative "Roads to the Future", introduced by the Institute of Road Safety (R.S.I.) "Panos Mylonas", primarily aims to the prevention and reduction of car accidents on Greek roads, through a wide awareness programme targeted to all Greek drivers.
GENESIS Pharma joins its forces with ATTIKI ODOS S.A., GEFYRA S.A., COSMOTE and DIAGEO Hellas to a common mission for a better, more responsible and safer future on the roads of our country and the adoption of a more responsible driving behavior.
More specifically, the purpose of the allies is to develop a framework of objectives and initiatives as well as to activate representatives of public and private sector on issues related to road safety, traffic education and research, on both local and national level. The afore mentioned activities are implemented by all allies with the joint cooperation of the Institute of Road Safety (R.S.I.) "Panos Mylonas".

Apart from the common actions jointly implemented by all allies, each ally will implement a series of actions and initiatives under a specific thematic axis. GENESIS Pharma in the scope of the axis: "Good Health for Safe Driving" created and will implement an awareness and educational programme aiming to highlight the ways that our health condition can affect our driving ability and safety i.e. sleep disorders, heart disease, diabetes, medication. The programme will also give drivers First Aid guidelines.

«I ZOI EXEI CHROMA» (Life is Colorful) Public Campaign

GENESIS Pharma supports the campaign «I ZOI EXEI CHROMA» (Life is Colorful) held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity. The campaign's main target was to inform and sensitize young people on issues such as smoking, drugs, alcoholism, unhealthy diet and lack of exercise, school bullying, sexual behavior and awareness, excessive use of computer games. During the event held for the launch of the programme, Mr. Konstantinos Evripidis, CEO of GENESIS Pharma, stated: «We believe that awareness can lead to the protection of young people against critical issues that currently threaten their future. This is why in GENESIS Pharma we feel it is our duty to support this effort. We do so firmly believing that this initiative can truly help our children and make health a way of living! If young people become aware of the importance of health, they will not only protect themselves, but they will also be empowered to spread the message. Life is too short but also too important, to lose hope. If we all work together, we can make it colorful».
