«Give PC a chance» programme for students from border regions

GENESIS Pharma sponsors the programme "Give PC a chance" of the Non Governmental Organisation Euroscience. Our goal is to collect and repair old computers as well as books used for the supply of schools in the border regions of Greece. GENESIS Pharma and its employees support the project by gathering their own computers and books as well as motivating other companies and individuals to a common action. We invite you to support our efforts in succeeding our vision: Every school, from Thrace to Crete, should have access to computers and create a school library.

GUIDELINES :

1. Your computer must be in good working condition.
2. Laptops are also accepted, they are often user-friendlier for children
3. The software should be legit, if not, Euroscience installs Ubuntu Linux
4. Computers and books are delivered at the Euroscience offices, following communication
5. Your name and personal data are published and included among the donors only upon your consent.

Cultural Center of Chalkis

GENESIS Pharma, recognizing the contribution of Chalkis Cultural Center in promoting cultural values, education and art-crafts, sponsors the Art Lab in order to facilitate its smooth operation and support the significant cultural contribution to the local community of Chalkis. The Art Laboratory was founded in 1978 by Mayor John Spanos and the painters Mrs Hariklia and Mr Dimitris Mitaras in order to promote the city's cultural and artistic development. Since then, it operates as an art-workshop, mainly for children, based on the principle that art is not only a craft or a creative expression but also a significant cultural and educational source of inspiration for everyone.
