Within the frame of supporting entrepreneurship of the Greek companies, GENESIS Pharma supported the "8th Human Resources Symposium" and the Evening of "Assisting successful leaders in becoming even better", as a supporter and gold sponsor, respectively. The events, with the renowned speakers professors Marshall Goldsmith and Hubert Rampersad, were successfully held on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2005 at the Athens Hilton Hotel.

The presence of the profound professors Goldsmith and Rampersad sealed the conference with success.

Professor Marshall Goldsmith has been recognized as one of the top intellectual personalities and leaders, by the American Management Association, who have shaped management thinking for the last 80 years and is considered a genius in Executive Coaching, globally. During his speech, he analyzed the reasons for which leaders ought to be constantly alert, invest in their personal development and improve the effectiveness of both themselves and of their subordinates. Additionally, he presented the method of "Behavioral Coaching", developed by Prof. Goldsmith himself and already implemented in executives worldwide.

Professor Hubert Rampersad, internationally recognized consultant in Organizational Behavior and Business Management issues, presented the new holistic theory in management, called Total Performance Scorecard (TPS), based on which, personal and business effectiveness are totally aligned, whilst it debates issues of personal ambition and development in an environment of business integrity.

Besides the Human Resources Conference and due to professor's Marshall Goldsmith visit in Greece, a special event took place for senior executives, during which, the professor analyzed the way modern leaders should invest in their personal development by improving their own and their teams' effectiveness and demonstrated a brief interactive process of personal development.
