GENESIS Pharma - Attract and retain top talents

GENESIS Pharma was for a second consecutive year among the 10 champions, improving its ranking by being nominated in the 7th instead of the 8th position last year.

As Costas Evripides, CEO of GENESIS Pharma mentions, the feeling of satisfaction that employees feel derives from the company's path that for the fourth consecutive year has had an outstanding performance. "More than doubling our sales resulted in the employees being particularly satisfied with the company's progress as well as theirs". GENESIS Pharma promotes a direct and open communication between management and the employees. Of great importance is the fact that communication works both ways, and management encourages employee participation in the decision making process. In 2003, GENESIS Pharma's personnel increased by 30%, the new employees felt welcomed immediately and adopted the corporate culture and participated in the evaluation that nominated the company among the 10 best workplaces in Greece.
