The Logistics Department is in charge of importing, handling and distributing all pharmaceutical products that GENESIS Pharma is representing in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia and Croatia, and as of 2005 in F.Y.R.O.M. The Department stores, handles and transports temperature-sensitive products (low temperatures between 2-8^οC) and dispatches orders throughout Greece within 24 hours.

GENESIS Pharma's Logistics/Supply Chain Management is structured in four departments:

• Order-taking and Customer Service
• Warehouse and Distribution
• Imports-Exports
• Credit Control

Logistics are carried out by using the state-of-the art industrial ERP software: SAP R/3, which enables continuous inventory monitoring and full traceability of dispatched pharmaceuticals: batch, quantity, destination, time of delivery.

The opening of the new Logistics Center at Glyka Nera, Athens, was celebrated on the 23rd of November 2005.
